Just wanted to say a massive thank you for making the process of building our new home so easy and stress free. Being first home buyers we didn’t really know what to expect, especially after hearing horror stories from friends about what they went through while building. But we can honestly say that your communication was second to none. It’s hard to find great service these days, but it’s the family business aspect that really made the difference. You made us feel like people, not a number and exceeded our expectations in every way.
We were so impressed by how quickly our questions were answered and that you would always do the hard work following up trades and suppliers so that we didn’t have to. If you asked us at the beginning, we would never had thought we’d be able to move in to our new home in less than 3 months, but we did and there was no compromise on the quality of the build.
